Is there anything a personal care assistant shouldnt do?

I am working for a client and she wants me to perform a disimpaction after giving her a suppository….i do not feel comfortable doing this simply because i do not know what i am doing, i was never trained on this and it seems like something a nurse should do. The other pca’s that work there tell me i need to do this….are they right?
