my dad is in a personal care home and well the lady who runs it is mean and won’t let us talk to are father. My dad said the lady hit him with a shoe, she throws property of his away the owner does. She don’t give him privilege etc… And has been acting fishing no one know what goes on at the home and im worry what should we do any suggestion The name of the personal care home is Joy land personal care home in Griffith ga and the owner is endia Shannon Please help thanks
